Product Description
The HJ92N is a balanced pusher seal designed for applications where contamination, solids or higher viscosity can create problems for exposed spring systems. Hong Teng manufactures replacement HJ92N-type seals for selected EagleBurgmann-compatible applications. The reference arrangement protects the spring from direct contact with the pumped product, helping reduce sticking and deposit-related problems in difficult process media.
This design is commonly considered for sewage, sludge, pulp, paper and other services where the fluid is not perfectly clean. However, the correct material combination is critical. Abrasive particles may require silicon-carbide or tungsten-carbide faces, while elastomer choice must be based on chemical compatibility and operating temperature.
For a reliable replacement, customers should confirm the shaft diameter, working length, stationary-seat size and the condition of the old seal. Photos of both the rotating and stationary components are useful because similar HJ-type seals can differ in seat geometry or dimensions. Hong Teng supplies this product as an independently manufactured replacement.
