The ROTEN 5-22-X 22 mm mechanical seal supplied by Hong Teng is an aftermarket replacement reference for selected Lowara pump applications using a compatible 22 mm single-spring mechanical seal configuration.
The 22 mm shaft diameter is an important identification point, but it is not enough on its own to confirm compatibility. Two Lowara mechanical seals can share the same nominal shaft size while using different stationary-seat profiles, rotating dimensions, working lengths, spring arrangements or elastomer materials.
For this reason, ROTEN 5-22-X should be treated as a specific replacement reference rather than a universal mechanical seal for every Lowara pump with a 22 mm shaft. The complete pump model and the removed rotating and stationary components should be checked together before ordering.
